Is Clearly actually healthy?
Zero sugar, no allergens, vegan-certified, and a full stack of B-vitamins, L-Theanine, ginseng, and magnesium. At 2.4 calories per can it's as close to a health drink as anything with caffeine can be. Your body will be fine. Your dentist will be thrilled.
What does L-Theanine actually do?
It's an amino acid found naturally in green tea that works with caffeine to reduce anxiety and jitteriness while amplifying focus and alertness. The combination is well-studied. Think of it as caffeine, but with better emotional intelligence.

What exactly is "Shmaak"?
Shmaak is what it was. What you thunked is not what you think. If you're a shmaakable individual, you'll get it.
How is it different from traditional energy drinks?
Traditional energy drinks typically contain 10–11g of sugar per 250ml, heavy artificial flavouring, and a caffeine hit that spikes and crashes hard. Clearly has zero sugar, tastes like lightly flavoured sparkling water, and contains L-Theanine which smooths the caffeine curve so your focus lasts longer and your crash simply doesn't exist.
How much caffeine is in a can?
80mg per 250ml can — equivalent to a strong cup of coffee. Not recommended for children under 12, pregnant women, or persons sensitive to caffeine. The back label is very clear about this. We're called Clearly for a reason.
Is it vegan and allergen-free?
Yes and yes. No cow's milk, egg, soya, gluten, fish, shellfish, peanuts, or tree nuts. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Full transparency — it's in the name.
